  1. Every new employee must always undergo health and safety training and that is the duty of the company, this is a serious failure energy minister , and that should be a compliance of the government that all gas owners that are licensed comply with the legislation, being busy is a poor excuse for incompetence , someone has lost their life , people have been injured, and businesses lost money due to damage of their vehicles
more stringent rules need to be put in place so this does not ever happen again , and the government must hold the owner responsible for his negligence, if his staff were trained properly we would not have witnessed that response when this tragedy occurred ?

  2. In the terms of the employees speaking to customers and they're not complying that also need to be taken in consideration because yes I'm an employee (exmple) and I say to customer please adhere to the safety policies and its turns into and argument what next hmmmmm

Ppl who knows Jamaicans know that most of us don't listen.

    Everybody have an attitude

  3. The gas station operator is responsible for the customers lost of property which was because of the stations negligence, that is a easy lawsuit in any country, the customers insurance shouldn't have to foot that bill the gas station should be insured for property damage.
