CAMPING In The Smokies – NO Cell Phone. NO Internet. | Living La Vida Leisha Ep. 12

In this episode, I’m ending the Fall season with our family camping trip in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It was the perfect way to recover from the post-vacation blues and enjoy slow-living for a weekend. We went hiking, made our meals over the campfire, and slept in a tent. Growing up I didn’t like camping at all but this video will show you why I now appreciate it!

  1. I used to love camping! Haven’t in years.
My favorite pastime was laying under tall trees in the grass and watching wind blow the leaves.
I live in Florida now. When I feel anxious I go for a walk in nature with my sheltie. We have lakes, bridges, cart paths lined on either side with a canopy of tall trees and many flowers and palm trees.
Or I go to the fitness center or water aerobics. It calms me or passes the time till the anxiety goes away.
